Business Etiquette and the Power Lunch -
It takes seven seconds to make a first impression
Hilarie Blaney presented an awesome Business Etiquette seminar on March 30th, 2011 at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club. While enjoying a wonderful lunch, Desk and Derrick members learned valuable information about Business Etiquette, Business Ethics, Dining Etiquette and Dressing for Success. The three course lunch gave members an opportunity to practice the dining etiquette rules learned at the seminar and an opportunity to practice the proper way to shake hands. Cindy Gibbs, Desk and Derrick, member commented that during her family's dinner that evening, she realized her husband was "stabbing" his salad rather than scooping it up as instructed by Hilarie. Perhaps we should consider time to instruct our families on those rules learned at this awesome seminar! Thanks, Hilarie!
